Foor drop suddenly after prolonged kneeling

Please if anybody can help
Im male 37 years healthy man,i regulary go at gym and very active, never had any neuro problems.
Last few days i was plastering my walls in very nasty positions, most time i was kneeling at concrerte, when it becomes painfull i sit on my right leg or bend both legs and sit on them, and thats last for few hours all day,few days,
When i finished job i suddenly start expirienced foot drop,
I suppose is this from nerve/muscle compression due to prolonged sitting on leg,i immidiatly stop work but drop foot is still here,
Next day maybe i have litlle improvement but not gone.
I read online, drop foot will gone depend of what cause it,
So if is this from nasty positions and compressed legs,if i stop that, will that drop foot reslove by its own?
I dont have any problems with pains, spasms etc
Sometimes i have minor lower back pain probably due uncomfortable bed.
Thank for any advice.
