This question is very hard for me to ask, because i put myself in an awkward position. I have had my cat for many years and have no allergies to her. I have seen a couple doctor's over a month for symptoms of swollen lymph nodes on/off (always present) , numb throat, ringing of the ears, and my brian felt like it was swelling largly at one time. All these symptoms look as if i have a major sinus infection. I have taken amoxicillin, z pak, nasal sprays, and ibuprofen. Well it is more then just that because i was heavly intoxicated with hard liquior and found myself waking up to my felines tail end in my face. I woke up in a deep shock and wanted to cry not understanding what i had just done. I had felt like i had contact with my feline. After that is when all these symptoms occured. I am very normal and don't think oddly. I have not drank hard liqiour since. I checked my feline out at the vets and her physical was normal...even her fecal. Please help me with this. I have to face the ENT doctor and tell him the truth of why my throat hurts with embarresment and need an idea of what to test for? Thank you and sorry for the shock as it was for me.

Needless to say i ended up having a major allergy that was same symptoms of cat scratch fever. I found out i woke up from a deep sleep and my felines behind was close to my head, but no animalistic behavoir. I still have ringing in my ears and starting to feel some of the symptoms again. Fatigue, drainage, and scratchy throat. I never experianced an aweful condition with a possible virus before like i did in the past. It felt horrific and mentally draining. I think i was just trying to find an answer to why i felt as crappy as i did. So, i blamed it on an animal. I recently had a lady where i work make a comment she was going to get rid of her animal, because she thinks that is why she was having problems with a urinary tract infection? That was interesting to hear. Looks as if i am not the only one.

Water behind the ears or something, past heavy chest breathing, feels like lump in throat, past deep congestion, mucus back up, nose drainage. Feels like rice crispy pops in my head or ears on top of my head and side headaches with pressure. Throat feels like it is in dormant with on/off flare ups. Could it be a parasite in the brain. No medication has worked if it is a deep congestion issue.
