!s there such a thing as a Trigeminal Disorder?
A neurologist labeled my symptoms as such as he had no other explanation for what was occuring.
I have not experienced searing pain, but rather, tingling on the side of my nose, tongue, the entire mouth,a cold sensaton in my lower eyelids, fullness in my ears and slight hearing loss in one.
How does one determine if it is tinnitus or TN?

trigeminal is the name of a cranial nerve that services those areas you mentioned above. I have recently looked after a patient with trigeminal neuralgia who had severe pain in their face and jaw, anti-anxiety medications, anti-depressants and  pregabalin were used together to reduce inflammation of the nerve. Of course everyones circumstances with this could be different, did you have a scan to see where the nerve is causing the issue? it could be compressed and need medication to assist this?
