Does walking trigger increased neck pain, headache and nausea with old fusions?

I've had C4-5, 5-6 fused together, this was in 1991 and 1992 over the years I've lived with the neck pain, headaches, hands falling asleep, have taken all sorts of medications, some have helped for a time and some were absolutely horrible! Pain has gotten so bad that two years ago my neurosurgeon recommended that I retire to take care of myself. I finally gave in to taking oxycodone, and take a few other scripts along with lidocaine patches on my neck at night to help put out the fire. I have problems swallowing, no one seems to have an answer for that. Riding and bounceing in a car have made my neck pain and headache worse for several years and even nausea associated with this. Now walking seems to trigger the same increase in neck pain, headache and nausea. As always I'm locked in a vicious circle of finger pointing and do nothing, my primary care physician says it's my neck and he can't address that because it is a work comp issue, my work comp people say oh we think you have other issues causing this talk them over with your primary care physician. Reading through other posts I see I'm not alone with these issues. Does walking trigger increased neck pain, headache and nausea amongst any of the others out there?
