Help: TB Meningitis Information

Hello everyone,
My fiancee, 22 years old got TB meningitis in July 2013 and was in coma for two days right then but then she recovered and remained in the hospital for one month. When her condition was stable doctors discharged her. Now it's been almost five and half month since she is getting TB Meds and Baclofen 10mg TDS+ Tizanidine 3mg.
Now after a long time she has following issues:
1. Stiffness and spasm in Joints: She feels unbearable pain when she tries to stretch them and try to walk. She cries while walking and during stretching exercises. Mainly she has issues in her right arm which she sometimes keeps in normal position, sometime she keeps her fist closed and keep it against her chest and in her left leg in which she sometimes puts her paw on earth completely but some other time she keeps her heel high and put only the front part of the paw on earth.
2. Poor recognition: She sometimes recognize people correctly but sometimes she can't do. Her cognition however improved in last five months. How common are these?
Her recent MRI and other reports can be seen here: http://goo.gl/AJYSeM
I request you all to please review this and tell me. Because i consulted a few doctor online and they said that her MRI report is good and she may not have any issues but she has. Please reply based on your experiences, it'll help to ease my stress.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
Well, the MRI does show obstructive hydrocephalus and cystic degeneration of some brain areas. This could be causing memory and recognition problems. This needs to be corrected with medication or she may need a shunt. Also, joint pains and aches could be side effects of drugs. Please consult your doctor regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.

Thanks doctor for your reply, Yes I will definitely take it as alternative to medical advise mam. Her condition is improving slowly. I have some more reports here: http://goo.gl/WKsYDJ
As of now she's getting RCINEX, Baclofen 10 mg TDS, Tizanidine 4 mg BD, Benadon 40 mg. OD.
Her earlier intervention suggests she has Communicative Hydrocephalus. All her earlier medical inventions were done in Sanjay Gandhi PGI, Lucknow and her follow up is based on communicative hydrocephalus. After that doctors asked her parents to take the MRI report done with them so they got it done in Gorakhpur this time. So it's really confusing me whether she has communicative or obstructive hydrocephalus.
Mam in your view how long can it take for her to live a normal life again. In this meantime i contacted hundreds of TBM survivors worldwide and found that they all are living a good life now...I hope for the same outcome. Your advise for any extra thing would really help me to help her in this hard situation. And i promise i won't take it as a medico advise.

Thanks and regards Mam,
