MRI demyelination findings

I'm a 25 year old female. I've suffered many symptoms and almost constant headache since October. I've started to feel better with a dull headache still present. My brain MRI revealed 3 tiny lesions in the juxtacortial region of the left frontal lobe and an increased t2 flair signal in the pariventricular region of the left frontal lobe. I had a spinal tap and everything appeared perfectly normal. I am scared to death of these lesions. What could this mean? I've had many many blood tests and other imaging and nothing came up suspicious. The only thing I've tested positive for is recurrent EBV infection. Could this be causing the lesions? I am so afraid and stressed.
