Tingling Scalp, Dizziness, Pressure in Ears, Head Rushes

Hi All,

I'm a 34 yr old, fit, active male but I have been having tingling scalp, pressure in ears, dizziness and head rushes almost every day for the past two years.

I did have an MRI scan but the neurologist said it showed up "nothing serious".

The symptoms are really affecting my quality of life but I just don't know how to pursue a solution. I've thought it might be high BP, TMJ, or something to do with my neck, I just don't know. Can anyone provide advice/guidance?

I have many of the same symptoms.
-29, 2 births recently
-Dizziness
-Ringing in ears
-Tingling in scalp
-Dry itchy scalp
- Acid symptoms in digestive track
It really affects my quality of life as well. I'm pretty upset nothing has worked yet, it started about 1 and half years ago. I saw an ENT. He said my hearing was very good, probably an inner ear infection and tinitis. But the symptoms aern't going away. I,ve been to an osteopath twice, helped a bit, I think I need to go back. Saw a Naturopathic doctor, and she had me do a month no Wheat, no dairy, no inflammatory foods (tomatoes, shellfish, pork, red peppers, potaoes, eggplant, strawberries) and some supplements (fish oil, pre and pro biotics, etc). It helped a bit but I have to do it again, still not sure what's the actual problem.

I haven't had an MRI, but would like to. Really worrying, I was thinking it could may be be a parasite. What is TMJ? Anyway, I'm gald the MRI for you showed nothing.
