27yof, lightheaded, headaches, pain, memory loss.

I'm 27 and for the past 10 years have been experiencing episodes of feeling extremely lightheaded and near passing out. I have actually passed out 3 times, and many times my whole body will get clammy, cold and shaky and my vision starts to double and spots appear. Sitting down or laying down does help, it makes me emotional, even though I have nothing to be emotional about at the moment besides feeling like this. Frequently, when I stand up too quick I have to grab onto something to catch my balance and after a minute or so the feeling goes away. The past year I have been having throbbing pains in my right temple, which I only notice when I push on it, it sends a lightning bolt feeling across the back of my eyes and through my face. Almost daily I have had a pressure in the front of my head. I think I experienced a migraine a few weeks ago, I have never had that kind of headache before. I have been becoming somewhat forgetful of things that happened in the past 10 minutes. I have been having extreme trouble concentrating. When I am always on the "move" throughout the day I seem to be okay, but in an instance a wave of "I feel like death" comes over me and won't go away. I have also noticed that when I go into stores that have fluorescent lighting I start to get a headache or my stomach gets upset and I need to find a bathroom. Yesterday I had a scary experience of driving on the highway and my whole body felt like it was on a cloud, I couldn't grasp my speed, or if I was too far or close to another car. I started sweating and shaking and my vision went in and out. Thankfully I had a friend in the car and we switched positions. After those episodes for a couple hours my brain feels like mush and my body hurts. I made an appointment to go a neurologist, get a ct scan and have blood taken.

A little background, when I was 19 I was told I have low iron and am slightly anemic. I took iron pills for a couple weeks but did not like how they reacted with my body. I don't like taking any type of medication. I am also a smoker, and drink. I have consistently weighed between 115-120. This past year I started a job where I sit at a computer for 7-8 a day doing graphic work, where before my jobs were always on the move. I play video games, I get out a lot, I eat a normal diet. I don't drink enough water as I should.

I am not a fan of doctors, but I have already seen my pcp because it is getting kind of nerve wrecking. I want to have kids within the next 2 years and want to make sure my body and mind are healthy enough.

Google has led me to ideas of low blood pressure/ blood sugar. My bp is normally 110/90.

Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated. My neurology appointment is next month.
