facial swelling and pain

good day

i am 27 years old and have developed sinus over the years, with the change of seasons i sometimes experience discomfort in my face like the nose area and eye area when the wind blows my eyes get teary and i seem to cough, and about a few months ago i went to a doctor and he explained that there is swelling in my jaw appearently    i have some sort of an overbite which is causing some skewness in my mouth, he gave my muscle relaxers to ease the pain, but the sinus pain aswell as the jaw problems causes me so much pain- i have read some stuff online about how to relief sinus pain hot cloth/cold cloth and it does help but please tell me what can i do to relieve jaw pain?
