flexing brain

I'm looking to find someone to make sense of me being able to flex my brain and my cerebellum. I know it has no muscle fibers or pain sensors. I understand it sounds impossible but doesnt our brain contain electric impulses and can they be manipulated. Is there anybody that studies this kind of thing or at least is curious of it this could exist. Please could spmeone point me into the right directions.
