headache for 3 days

Hello , so about 3 years ago I started having bad headaches mainly in the temple area (the sides of my head). I would get them every day , so about 4 mmonths after it all started I went to the e.r and they did ct scans and it was all clear then I got referred to a neurologist and had a mri done and it was clear also, they just said they were tension headaches , so I left it at that., now 3 days ago I came down with a bad headache and I still have it today, tylenol wont help it , im  scared it could be a tumor or something in my head :/, if there was something wrong in my head wouldnt the ct scans and mri have showed it 3 yrs ago?

With all the testing they did, it seems that that would have been picked up IF you had one...but if you are concerned, that is something to discuss with your Neurologist.

Did they ever check your Magnesium level in your blood?

Besides Fioricet for your migraine, you can also try laying down in a dark, quiet room and trying to sleep.  Fioricet is not a medication to take every day, however.  Keep track now of how often you get the migraines.  If they are > 15/month, the doctor needs to know and he may want to put you on a different medication to PREVENT you from getting the headaches.

Did you mention your muscle twitching to your doctor?  Is this doctor a Neurologist?  If you did talk to him/her about it, what did they say about it?  If you did not mention is, I would talk to your PCP about it since you may need labs done to see if something is causing it.

When you saw the doctor yesterday and were told you have migraines, did he/she give you something to treat it or tell you what to do?
