Sure you can but don't get fast food you can easily gain weight by it. I would considered having 3 servings of fruit a day. Tuna is also nutrition to eat. Stay away from fried food instead do bake. Dont forget the low fat yorgurt is healthy too with only 80 calories.
If you want to lose weight I suggest clean eating and regular exercise. Burn more calories than you take in. High intensity training will get you to your goal weight faster than just eating less because you could be eating fast food for all I know, so less calories to you means what? One less meal ? Just eat clean and exercise daily. You will feel better and look better. I hope this helps :) good luck

It isn't coo clear what your asking due to view it's worded. So I'm gonna guess you meant this, "Can I consume less than my calorie limit and still lose weight?" If that is what your asking, then the answer is a yes. To reach my goal I have to eat roughly 1300 calories, yet some days I don't get that high. All that will do is make you lose faster. But be careful not to restrict too much or when you get hungry you might over eat.
