hi
i have elevated blood pressure and i am only 28. Perhaps this may cause me to become paranoid and i have bought over 10 supplement.
Day 1 - Pcynogenol , Coenzyme Q10 , Apple cider vinegar drink , Garlic oil and Spirulina
Day 2 - Alpha lipoic acid , Magnesium+calcium pill , Omega 3 oil , L-theanine and Beetroot+Celery+Bittergourd juice
I think i am over-worried over my elevated blood pressure , complexion and my anxiety level and will mixing all the supplement makes it worse?
I would like to seek all your advice
