Cornflakes may not have much added sugar, I really don't know as I don't eat such things, but they metabolize to sugar very quickly in the system. Add to that the milk, which most humans can't digest, or are allergic to as well, and you've got a breakfast I wouldn't eat. Calories, as I keep saying, aren't the main factor in food consumption, metabolism and digestion are.
Kellogg is full of GMO!! Don't eat it!
Eat kellogs cornflakes with skimmed milk its very tasty as well as low in calories and also fullfilling
Well, skip the bagel and cream cheese except for fun days, and the tortilla is wheat which isn't the best thing to eat. Oatmeal bars with OJ is just a lot of sugar which will wear off quickly. Oatmeal is great, but heck, you can just grab a healthy batch of nuts and a banana and be good to go. But breakfast really isn't any different from any other meal -- beans and brown rice is a great way to start the day and the way many cultures do start the day. A lot of options out there, think outside the "breakfast" trap for more variety and just think of it as any other healthy meal.
