Gym is right, a vitamix will make a healthier mix, but it doesn't taste as good because it has the pulp in it. A juicer evicts the pulp, and if you still want to eat the pulp you can take it and put it in with other things. So if you can get used to a thick pulpy drink, it is healthier, but personally I prefer the taste of juice. As for juicing, two important things: one, get a juicer that has a twin blade that moves slowly and doesn't generate a lot of heat, and second, only juice if you're going to use all organic foods in your juice. Juicing uses a lot of food to make a serving, and if you use conventionally grown produce you're going to ingest a whole lot of pesticides and other toxins. And the above is right on about vegetables, they're the healthiest things to juice, especially leafy green vegetables. The best juice is wheatgrass, but that usually takes a separate juicer. Mixing vegetables with some sweet fruit or a sweet vegetable such as beets makes a tasty juice.
Your best to get a good blender! like a Blendtec, Vitamix, do your research as with a blender you get everything not just the juice.
Also, if you want to juice make sure you add veggies
I think you should have a balanced diet not only juices
