Why do I feel sick to my stomach just at the thought of food?!

Hello, my name is Mackenna. I'm turning 13 in a few weeks. I just moved from Georgia to Washington. I realized that I wasn't really eating on the drive but my mom said it was just stress. We've been at our new house for about 2 weeks and I haven't really eaten. I stay in my room all day because I don't wanna get out of bed. Sometimes when I do get up I can't stay standing for long or else I'll start to black out. I need to force myself to eat, but when I tried to eat some waffles earlier I took one bite and felt sick instantly. I layed down and started to cry. My mom and dad called the doctor after that but they wont help yet because we're not in their system yet. When I posted it to Facebook my grandma said it was just a part of growing up. But is it? Can anybody figure out what's wrong with me?

Maybe start little by little. For example, drink some water and if you can a little portion of fruit (maybe those that have a high percentage of water would be better), and then try with nuts and seeds...

Maybe you are really stressed because of your new environment.. Try to relax, listen some music and have a positive attitude... I suggest you eat fruit that can be easily digested and not waffles since you haven't eaten so long and make you sick!!! I hope this helped!! :)

I don't know much about it, but it sounds like anorexia. I suggest you google it.
