Hello!
I would suggest you to take multivitamins consisting of vitamin B12 for a month and also to do some physiotherapy of your fingers regularly. (Finger counting, finger flexing and extension).
If the symptoms persist then you need to take an appointment near a rheumatologist to rule out rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic fever, osteoarthritis etc.
Take care!

Hello!
I would suggest you to review all medications you are taking for any drug allergy.
I would suggest you to check and monitor your blood pressure and also check your hemoglobin values.
Go for fasting blood sugar and rule out diabetes.
I would suggest you to follow up with a neurologist if the symptoms continue after taking some multivitamins (vitamin B12).
Take care!
