What does THIS mean??

I had a trip to the ER for my gallbladder and they did a CT scan. Under the "pelvis" section, it says the following: Right ovarian hemorrhagic corpus luteum cyst. Uterine prominence. Likely left oophoropexy. HUH? What does the last statement mean? I get cysts all the time, so I understand that part...I would have asked the doctor, but she didn't mention any of that. I just got a copy of my CT scan results today and found this...

It sounds like the doctor who read the scan thinks your ovary on the left might be adhered to the abdominal side wall instead of freely moving around in the abdomen.
