corpus leuteum cyst and abdominal swelling after rupture

I've had two of these cysts rupture within a 6 month period, one on each ovary side.
The first did not dissolve on own, had leg and hair, yet belly swelling went down just fine, almost flat..
My question is "Should I be concerned now that this one DID dissolve, yet swelling hasnt gone down but only gotten worse this time/swelling keeps up more than usual"?

Yes, they have me on Rifampin along with my Lyme meds now for awhile, and I have been told to stay on it, yet I am still afraid for when the next one will hit, its like having babies all over again! And with this herxing from the Lyme meds to top it all off, I just cant seem to get ahead here....I have cut down my protein consumption, I've read that it helps keep the cysts from growing too fast. I'd like to find more info on what meds help them dissolve inside, or if I can even take those with the Lyme meds. Maybe this Rifampin helps with the infection to keep that at bay, but what next? Docs here really dont discuss enough with you on your options in this state, they all are in too much of a hurry to get the next patient in.....

You should get it checked out.  Sometimes a rupture (especially with components like in your case) can cause an infection.  Good luck.
