PLEASE help ease my mind..im so scared!

Hi ladies...i will try to make this as brief as possible..im freaking right now. first let me start by saying ive had an adnexal mass for 3 years now. (on the LEFT side) When i had a transvaginal then dec of 06, they just said it didnt look like cancer but needed to come out..it was 4cm then.My periods were heavy with clots. then no period for months. and now its been a year and a half since ive had a period. Im 46. (My ca125 was within normal range then also)..I had lost my insurance and since i was told the cyst was from a corpus luteum i tried to not worry..actually was thrilled to move on! anyway..i never really had pain..no bloating. no distention. I also have to tell you that the reason i had gone to the doctor to begin with is because i could "feel" the cyst up in there while checking to see if i was about to start my period. (sorry..sounds gross)..anyway..i can 'feel" that it has gotten bigger (same way of checking) and i pushed around on my tummy while laying down and now my "RIGHT"  side is tender and i noticed its also tender when pushing on the right side of belly button.  Im soooo scared..could this mean it has mastisized?? (sp?) ..(spread to the other ovary?) I still dont have distention/bloating. I eat good. my stool is smaller tho. but im not constipated. PLEASE HELP EASE MY MIND!!  THANK YOU!!!!!

I bloated real bad but all was benign.  Each woman reacts differently.  I had really bad panic and anxiety when I was going through this and my doctor gave me some Lorazepam which helped.  Drank a lot of wine too.  Good luck and let us know how it goes.

It is very hard to say what is going on without another transvaginal.  You might have anoather cyst, referred pain from the other one or it has gotten bigger, etc.  Is there any way you can afford to get this tested?
