Please review result

I am a 35 year old female with 4 children ages 18, 17, 13, and 5. Recently I have had very heavy bleeding during my menstrual periods. I have my periods for 5-6 days, the first 2 days are fine but the 3rd and 4th days are really heavy bleeding. I also have pelvic pain.  I have my periods regularly. I went to my doctor and my doc. said that I should get an ultrasound of my uterus. Here is the results of my ultrasound:

Multiple transabdominal and endovaginal images through the pelvis were obtained.
The uterus is retroverted, measures 9 x 5.7 x 6.1 cm and homegeneous in echo texture. There are a few cystic structure in the cervical area noted.

The endometrial stripe is thickned measure 20 mm, may relate to patient mentrual cycle.

The right ovary is slightly prominent measured 3.9 x 2.7 x 2.3 cm, a septated 2.2 x 1.6cm right ovarian cyst noted.

The left ovay is within normal limits, measured 3.9 x 2.7  x 2.3 cm, a simple 1.7 x 1.2 cm left ovarian cyst noted.

There is a small amount of adnexal fluid, no large adnexal masses seen and visualized fluid filled bladder is unremarkable.

When I recieved my result my doctor said that I should make an appoint with a gyno spealist. When I called my obgyn, they said that they needed the results to see which type of doctor I would need. I recieved a call today from my obgyn saying that I need to make an appoint. for a biobsy of my uterus. I am really worried. Based on my ultrasound results, what are my chances of having cancer. Can you please give me an analysis of my ultrasound results. I would sincerly apperciate it. Thank you

i agree with the above ... its hard to get on the experts forum these days ... so many sick people in the world :( ... it looks like he wants u studied for ur uterus and possible endo and not so much concerned about the cysts yet ... keep an eye on the cyst size though they get over 4 cm they wont resolve on their own and over 5 cm they should probably be removed ... god bless u and good luc

Just in case you can't get through to the experts, do be aware that over 95% of cysts are benign.  Be vigilant and keep on your doctors to ensure your treatement keeps moving forward.  Good luck with everything.
