ovarian cysts

I have ovarian cysts and was diagnosed years ago with endometriosis. I don't want surgery the cyst has decreased in size, sometime complex sometimes cyst. My periods come and go. I thought they went away but noticed sometimes I stain or have a pd for 1/2 day or 1/2 hr. What would you do as I made it sound to my gyn I don't get periods and she mentioned I don't have to call everytime if I don't get periods. I am so confused and forgetful

I agree with Trudie.  It is much better to be cautious than for something to come up later that needed attention.  You have to be HONEST with your gyn so she will know how to treat you.  Good luck.
