Oh thnk god its not just me! I had lft ovary removed because of an 8x6x5 multiseptated complex cyst. Dr also said he had to "scrape" the right ovary due to adhesions & scar tissue. This was done 10 days ago. Had the expected pain after. All was great didnt need the pain meds after 3-4 days post op. Then on day 7 increased pain, worse day 8, day 9 woke up feelin like surgery was day before! Was walking through target & nearly hit the floor from SEVERE pain. Doc tells me "its the nerves coming back to life" and is totally normal. I dont think i'd buy that excuse 2 months out though. Have you asked your gyn or pcp about it? Please keep us posted, I hope you get some answers or at least some relief.

It is possible to get a lot of pain that feels like this after surgery.  On the health pages are some instructions on ball rolling and how it can help.  You might also try going to a therapeutic registered massage therapist who can help.  If you don't get some relief keep pushing for some tests to ensure you don't have another issue.
