What do I have?

I have had massive inflammation along with bruising, red spots, itching and a great deal of pain in my legs.  Starts from my knees and continues through to my toes.  Every blood result and test including (EMG, Doppler) are negative.  Doctor put me on a high amount of steroids for 2 months with no effect whatsoever.  I'm now 2.5 months into this and doctors keep trying different meds on me that are not effective.  I've trried prednisone, mythoprednisone, water pills, antihystimines, etc.  Any ideas would be appreciated.
