I just want to be better..!

For about 3 months now, I've had severe back pain, it all started when I collapsed and couldn't move my back and ever since then I've had constant daily back ache that NEVER goes and sharp shooting pains all over my back regulary, also alot more symptoms keep occuring such as buring near my kidney area, sensitive skin on my back, heartburn, pins and needles, random vomiting, dizziness, lower abdominal pain and a strange sort of throbbing/bubbling pain in my lower back no doctor can seem to figure it out as there are no signs of an infection. I am awaiting my CT scan results but everything is moving so slow and I just want some guidance as to what it is.. any help?

Nick ask a great question. What caused your collapse, could it be related to your symptoms in anyway?
There is really not much you can do until you get your results. I hope they do tell your doctor what is going on. You may end up having a MRI to futher help the doctor diagnose your problem.
Please let us know how your test turn out and we are here for you if you have any questions or just want to chat:)

Hi Rachell,

What have your parents said about your pain? At 16 they should be involved in helping you get to the route of your medical problems. I encourage you to discuss your pain in more detail with them so they may help you obtain a good clinical evaluation.

And as Sandee suggested a MRI may be in order or a CT Scan which ever your PCP feels will be a btter diagnostic tool..

If my teenage collapsed with pain and continued to experience back pain I would certainly be taking them every where possible until I received an answer. Have you explained how you feel to your parents?

Best of luck to you and please let us know how you are doing.

Well i don't know really why a collapsed i think it was to do with this it was just all of a sudden out of the blue, and my mums with me all they way shes trying to do everything to get it sorted but the doctors aren't i've been upto the hospital 5 times telling them it needs to be sorted but they're just taking the mik with it, I've seen about 7 different doctors including a urologist and physiotheropist but they don't know what to do with it, i guess all i can do is wait for the results but I've had x-rays of my back and kidney area but they couldn't find anything, it's so stressful Im in the middle of my GCSEs and its so hard to concentrate, thanks for the comments though people
