I would ask your doctor or pharmacist to be 100% sure, because I am NOT a medical professional, just another patient like you, but technically, yes because Ibuprofen and the acetaminophen in the percocet are two totally different meds. I am prescribed both myself if that helps you at all.

Acetaminophen is dangerous item it destroys liver functions , be careful when using that much
