Well that is good that your BP is normal, so you can rule that out.

You may be suffering from some form of depression. that can make you feel dizzy, headaches, exacerbates any pain problems and makes you feel tired and moody.  You also say that you suffer from stress and anxiety.

Dizzy turns can also be from neck problems and ear and other upper respiratory infections.  So it is worth getting checked for that.  Inner ear infections can cause dizziness.

The other consideration, once you get the other things eliminated, is having a blood test to check your hormone levels.

Try and do some relaxation, like going for a walk, swimming or whatever makes you feel relaxed.

Cut out the junk food and the caffeine drinks, that includes the fizzy drinks.

Hope you get on OK.

Best wishes.

Have you been involved in a car accident at some point?

If you are spending a lot of time at a computer, that can cause neck problems and headaches.

Stress can make you feel tired and dizzy and give you headaches.
But it can also be an indicator that your blood pressure may be too high or from an iron deficiency causing anaemia.

I would advise getting checked out by your doctor to rule out hypertension and anaemia.

Keep out of draughts.  Sitting by an open window with wind blowing on your neck can also cause neck and head problems (neuralgia).

Best wishes.

A tension headache is pain like a tight hat.  Starts in the back and radiates to the front.  Dr. Oz was talking about these headaches on his show.  You can see what he said on Dr. Oz.com  - Sometimes an ice pack will help.

I am by no means an "expert" regarding medical conditions. I'm an expert  with copper though!

Hi there! Headaches can be caused by a lot of things. Go to your PCP and tell him/her the problems that you have been having. you will most likely be sent for tests, etc.  It must be tough having them everyday, and with the other side effects must make it very scary. Get to your doctor ASAP, and hopefully you can be diagnosed and treated quickly, so you can move on with your life without this problem. good luck, and let us know how you make out.
