Hi, first of all, I can very much relate to having chonic pain, your lucky it's not as bad as mine. I couldn't take the pain at all. I had to be put on Norco right aay, and it has helped quite a bit. I still have pain, but it's tolorable. Have you not gone to a doctor? If not may I ask hy? He/she will be able to help you. Let me kno how your doing.

hi i had been suffering with constant pain like yours for over a year i googled in stretches for neck and shoulder pain and by god they really helped it all tension and doing the stretches for a few days days really worked also i used hot and cold packs hope you try this
I did some research and I found this...
You could have symptoms of an early Upper Limb Radiculopathy.
It starts with neck pain pain / spasms / numbness with radiation of this pain and numbness along the nerve root affected.
It is caused by a pressure on the exiting nerve roots by bulging inter vertebral discs.
You probably need to be seen by an Orthopedist.
