what can i do.. for leg pain below the knee's,,, a 10 of 1 to 10, Took arimidex for 5 years, have a clean bill of health.

I agree you need to get checked out. 10 out of 10 is like passing out pain so it has to be pretty bad and you need to see a dr about it.

Ten out of ten is pretty severe and definitely should be assessed by a physician.  How long have you had the pain?  Have you seen anyone for it?  It's in both knees?  Anything bring it on?  Like running?

Generally if my pain level is a 10, meaning the worst pain I've ever felt, I go to the ER.  There may be a serious reason for the pain and it could be an emergency.  There are a lot of things like blood clots, aneurysms, and other scary things that can happen in the legs.  Definetly call your doctor if you don't want to go to the ER.
