Are you asking if simply showing a video is enough to qualify to bill an insurance company for professional services, or are you asking if the 94664 coding is the correct category? If the question is the former, it sure doesn't sound like it to me, but I'm not an insurance company. If the latter, there are professional organizations online who deal with issues of insurance coding, you might try health-information.advanceweb.com/article/coding-qa-ask-the-experts-4.aspx.
