My 10 year old son has been complaining of a headache for three days. He has a fever with nausea, he also complaining that is teeth hurt. When I examined his mouth I noticed is gums are swollen behind is last tooth.

Perhaps a visit to the dentist would be a good idea as he could have an infection there , possibly he had had a viral infection also, check it all out Doctor and Dentist.
