I'm due in march, me and my husband want the gender a surprise...not when the best time would be to have a baby shower. If I have one...

Between 27-34 weeks is the best time to have one.

Usually 6-8 weeks before your due. In my opinion the earlier the better because that's when you can really get stuff done and there is so much to do after. Going through everything, organizing, returning/exchanging duplicates/things you don't need. Then figuring out what else you do need. Washing everything,  thank you cards, setting up the nursery.. The more time you have to do all that the better!
