I did not plan my pregnancy, but I turned 21 last week & I have been best friends with my partner for 8 years, together romantically for 2 & living together for over a year. I graduated high school early, I will be graduating college a semester early & I start grad school in September of next year. 21 may be young if you're drinking, partying, acting irresponsible, etc (and even then & women younger CHANGE when they become a mom).. but it's not young when you've traveled the world, moved out at 17, supported yourself through college & you're with the person you've wanted to be with your entire life. I know this is not meant "judgemental," but grouping all young women into stereotypes is offensive.
Let me know when your book is out or what's it called. I'll love to read it :)
Mine was a planned pregnancy. No one knows this but a few friends. I've been with my baby daddy for 2 & 1/2 years & were still happy together. We plan on getting married later on in life. I'm 19 years old & he is 17. We planned it cuz we both wanted a family now. We both had great paying jobs as a PCA. We even plan on a 2nd kid after this 1 but were waiting 3 or 4 years before trying again. Right now I'm only 18 weeks pregnant. We both thought about this for months before even trying! We both have experience with kids & I have experience with raising a new born. We tell ppl this was a surprise cuz we know ppl won't understand but were both deeply in love. & his sister is my age, she wants to trick her boyfriend into getting her pregnant by stopping her birth control. Only cuz she has MS... A disease that eats away at your muscles. By the age of 30 she'll be in a wheel chair, right now she can barely walk. So I support her getting pregnant now like me. That's our story anyway...
I'm 21 and my baby was planned. I've been together with my bf for 4 years. Weve both matured so much and thought it was ready to start a family. We both finished high school and he was going to college he just has a few years left and I'm doing online classes for my four year degree for ultrasound tech. We are currently in the process of buying our first home too! Our loan get finialized the end of this month and we will own the house mid october. I think me and him are doing great for being young, btw he's 23. We are just excited to give our a baby boy wverything he needs and have a stable home for him :)
