stress

I am 10 weeks 2 days pg and I am under so much stress right now. I have to leave in a few days for my sisters wedding where no one except my parents know I'm pregnant. Plus me and my husband are having serious money problems, and we had some personal problems over the weekend. I have been crying all day bc I'm so stressed out and I am not a weepy person at all. I'm so worried that all this stress is bad and can harm my little nugget. My husband is in another country on business too.
Anyone have suggestions to help me calm down?
I already had a panic attack earlier and then panicked even more when I thought about the baby. Please help!

Worry is natural, just don't let it consume you. Enjoy each day you have.

It takes extremely large amounts of stress to cause any actual problems with the baby. I know many women who have lost family members, parents or their spouse while pregnant without harm to the child. It's not ideal of course, but stress is a natural part of life. Best thing is to take things as they come and not worry over what you can't control.

Honestly for me I just let the tears come (when I'm alone). I always feel less stressed after I cry. Your body releases stress hormones through your tears. My personal way of relieving stress.
