Clueless to whats going on

Hi name is Jay I'm 24yrs old MALE and not very good at this and excuse my bad english grammer , But I am hoping someone could help me. I haven't had and sexual intercourse for over 4-5 months or so. Last time I did have a sexual intercourse, I used a condom and it broke. At first I didnt get anything at all but mild itching on my scrotum with some white spots. So I told my Stepfather wich is a Pharmacist what could it be he gave me a cream wich is called "Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate" I started to use it after 3 days went away the white spots the itching everything!. But before all of this I had athletes feet so my guess, its from there that I got the itching cause I would scratch and rub my feet and not wash my hands ( careless ) . But now for the past 2 weeks I been having a small sting right before urinating, but not while its coming out only right before the urine comes out. Now it does not burn after when Im done . I dont discharge or anything of that nature. Thats the only time I feel a sting right before the urine comes out theres no more itching. And also I have sort of a real light pink spot on the edge or how I would call it "the ring" of my penis, its about 3/4 of an inch long around the head of my penis. doesnt itch or bother me I am just curious. Oh and by the way I am Uncircumsized

Thanks for the HELP!

this doesn't really sound std related at all.

if this continues, be seen for some basic urine testing and an exam.
