Question about my Penis that might be STD

Hi doctor i have a question about my sexual health, i live in Vancouver Canada. Once a month i go to high end pay escorts by appointment only. When i go there i always wear condom during intercourse and oral sex. one time i did not wear condom my private area was rubbing her legs and suddenly my ejaculation came it came so fast that i forgot to use condom this time. my penis did not contact with her vagina it only touched her legs and when i cumed i only cumed on her legs. the next day i go to toilet i see a black spot on my glans of my penis it looks like its color of my penis is faded away from that activity. my question is that could it be possible to be any kind of std it does not hurt or itch or burn when i urinate i don't have pain either. I also provide a picture might be better to look at please take a look im not trying to disgust anyone im really concern about this.

no idea about the color thing also using a condom for vaginal sex is a std risk for syphilis and herpes but test for those only if you have a long term partner or if you develop any pubic mond sores or blisters.
sorry i have a bet anxiety this also could not be warts when i was searching the internet in my mind came close to warts because its black. but it hasen't grow yet

Hi no std shows symptoms the next day and that spot you mention is not and std symptom anyway. since it appeared so quickly it must be a friction type injury.
