Very Worried!!!!!!

A week ago I had sex with a sex worker. I'm 19. From South Africa. She gave me unprotected oral sex. But then I had Protected vaginal sex with her. When we were done, I noticed bleeding on the condom, coming from her. I asked her if she was HIV positive, but she said she is clean. The day after the encounter, I was very tired!!! Just wanted to sleep. My eyes felt bloodshot, very dry. I didn't have an appetite at all. As the week continued, at a later stage, I started feeling a slight pain in my lower abdomen. And I started losing weight. I went from almost 85 KG to 81KG. I am soooooo sick with worry!!! I don't want HIV!!! For the rest of the week my appetite came and gone. But it isn't my normal appetite. I'm a rugby player and eat a lot!!! Yesterday I woke up with a very stiff neck. This morning I woke up and my stomach was really upset and I had a couple of cramps. I had a bit of Diarrhea this morning as well and no appetite. I went to the doctor. He said that he thinks I'm alright and he gave me antibiotics. He said that earlier in the week he had a couple of cases with an upset stomach... Do I have HIV? OR am I safe? Please let me know! Today I feel very tired again. Sleepy. Just want to sleep. Do I have a stomach bug that is in the air now or do I have an std???????!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With std,s the only symptoms would be urethra discomfort and a white discharge or topical fungal infections.
If you were exposed to herpes, primary symptoms ( if they appear) would be fever and body aches then a sore developing at point of contact.
It appears you have std anxiety.

Hey. Thank you so much for replying. What if this discharge occours? What does this mean? The problem is. The more I read about my symptoms, the more I show symptoms that are part of one condition, but only to be cancelled out again by other factors or symptoms. And... What about my appetite and weight loss??? I can't seem to find anything that corresponds with that. And recently I noticed that my ears are very sensitive!!! And. I have light fever... Is all this normal???!!! I can't do this anymore! I am so worried! I cried today like a baby. I just need something that will put me a little at ease... Please!!!

Hi from what you describe you were not at risk for HIV as the condom protected you also there are no std symptoms that happen the next day. The oral is low risk for any other std.  Just keep an eye out for urethra discomfort or a white discharge that may occur a week post exposure.
