Worried about STD after oral sex

Hello,i am 24 year old male and On february 2 i performed unprotected cunnilingus on a sex worker. 3-4 days later i developed sore throat and went  to a doctor. he dismissed it as a viral infection. I too a STI test 8 days later and all were negative. I went to the doctor again 3 weeks after the sexual activity. he took a throat swab and checked for Gonorrhoea and chlamydia which were again negative. My throat doesn't hurt but there are a few red bumps and swollen red veins at the back of my throat.  today my gums started hurting a little bit at the molar area and looks like it could be pericoronitis since i can see bump on my gum over the right molar. Could it be related? My sore throat still hasn't recovered after a month. I cant seem to understand what is going on here. please can someone help me?

3 weeks after the encounter was a good time to check for gonorrhea, but not enough for the rest of STDs that can be transmitted through oral sex : syphilis and herpes. I would recommend you to test for those two as follows :

-6 weeks after the encounter for syphilis.
-3 months after the encounter, for herpes.

Nothing is pointing that the symptoms you are suffering are caused by a STD.

All the best.
