Help please..

I am a 25 y/o male with what appears to be lesions or warts on the shaft of my penis. Theyre in small clusters and not painful however I was curious as to what the best treatment would be for these. Also I was wondering which doctor, whether a urologist or my primary doctor would be best to consult first and foremost with this problem. As I'm sure many people have felt, this disease leaves me confused, vulnerable but very determined and your kindness and help would be much appreciated as well as go a long way.

urologists are more for "plumbing " problems than rashes.

Start with your regular provider and if they can't comfortable with the treatment, see a dermatologist.  Your very first step is to get a proper diagnosis and go from there and your regular doctor is the right place for that.

typically prescription topical creams are the way we treat multiple warts if that is what these are.  Unfortunately they need applied several times a week for several months but they result in less scarring on the delicate genital skin. if that doesn't work, then having the warts removed by a dermatologist is the next step.

Without knowing what they are I would say a Primay Care Dr to start with who might refer you to a dermatologist.
