tpha positive

my nephew was diagnosed of tpha positive after 2 years   he lost more than half of his weight what is the treatment of this desease? because we dont know about this desease, the time he was diagnosed he didnt take any medecine for that desease

I was wondering if Syphilis could still be active even after being treated? Does it cause facial outbreaks (pimples, for example) and easily transmitted through skin contact?
