Burnig lips-more than 2 weeks

Hi All,
i have been with prostitutes always practice protected condom[sometimes 1 and 2 sometimes] and unprotected oral sex and kissing.the latest 2 being on 20th Feb,2013 and 24thDec,2012. i have checked my hiv status using tridot by 11th march,2013 whcih came back negative.
But i m having severe upper lip burning sensation for the last 15 days or so,i have applied all the avialble medications like vaseline,acolvir crea,natural lip balm but no effect.Intially i had noticed a brown mark/crack when it started,disappeared now and the burning sensation remains.last 3 days, i do have sore throat and sudden burning sensation around my groin.

thanks Vance2335. is the 19th day test results from my last exposure, can be reliable?its not elisa, Tridot rapid one. atleast from the previous to this one[77th day], can i trust?
