Can i get a Std after contact with semen

I was at a bathouse 3 weeks ago, when i was showering a man touch my penis and i think semen was on his hand! I left sick to my stomach. I have this sting in my penis off and on and i dont see any sign of herpes on my penis head. I read that herpes is not transfed in semen. I just dont know why my penis is stinging im really scared and i havent touch my wife in weeks. Please any doctors can help me

If it's on and off it's either too much masturbation or prostatis. I have had the same problem. Urologist told me to stop masturbating as frequently, and walla, when I don't masrurbste for a couple of days it's gone. Intercourse doesn't effect it. The hand coupled with ejaculation can irritate the urethra, and cause pressure in the prostate to build up, if it's too frequent. Not herpes. The stinging can be too much masturbation, Edging while masturbating, scar tissue, not enough water, too much protein in urine, prostatis etc. if there's no herpes lesions with it, it isn't herpes. Can also be ngu or Trich but that is only really transferred through unprotected vaginal. Trich isn't transferred through oral and Ngu isn't transferred through oral really either.
