Evaluate my risk from my encounter pls

HI,

I never had sex, and by sex I mean (1) intercourse, (2) oral, (3) not the proper hand-job from a partner. I am virgin in this context then. I visited a massage parlour in UK. I was involved with the massage parlour girl. Here is what happend

1- I was fully clothed during whole session (boxer+jean + t-shirt)
2- She was nude
3- No sex
4- During lap-dance, I got ejaculated in my pants
5- Now the thing I am worried the most....................... I sucked her nipples for less than a minute. I dont knw she had any sore or milk or blood or any semens etc from another customer before she came to me. However, afterwards I observed her nipples but I am sorry, I dont knw much abt *good* and *bad* nipples.

So my concern is std from this encounter, especially from the nipple sucking (it was not vigorous sucking, was gentle).

My question

1- It is like 1 month now....which test I need pls?
2- What is *kind* of sex which spread std?
