Likelihood of me giving NGU to a new GF by oral sex

Prior to meeting my gf I had an encounter a few weeks before where I received oral, and got symptoms of discharge and found out that it was NGU so i was treated, and I thought I was cured, so fast forward a week after my treatment I received oral from my new girlfriend, and I ejaculated in her mouth and she swallowed, and the day after my symptoms of ngu were back (discharge). And now she is complaining of a sore throat (I havent told her anything about this) and Its nice weather where I live and she has no allergies, so idk what can cause this.I know for a fact she didn't have any std before. SO im wondering what are the odds that I gave her NGU in her throat.....Is NGU easily spread by oral? please help me... Ive been chasing this girl for a while (couple years) If she finds out i know she'll leave .....I know I cant diagnose by symptoms but I just want to know the odds.
