Need a little help from you guys

Recently had an unprotected sex and I was just wondering if 5 (+ few days) month negative test for everything is conclusive? I still sometimes get like small bumps on lower lip, but only two or three, and they were there even before my 5 month test, still they reappear sometimes.

Can syphilis develop after 3 or 5 months?

and what about hiv?

''but you would get a bump long before now. '' - meaning it had to appear earlier?

So I'm in a clear if I don't have any?

Those oral bumps are really small and disapper in a day or two, and quite rare.

I heard that hiv needs 6 months.. so you say five is enough?

I'm having such a terrible anxiety, i just can't believe my tests, i want to but smth keeps me from it, every single red bump worries me.. don't know how to get passed it..

well there is no test for HPV in men, but you would get a bump long before now.

so, that means that anything that shows, like, bumps or stuff like that, has another cause? not std related in any way?
