No one knows what's wrong with me...

I'll try to provide a timeline and then a question.  I'm very specific in my symptom description, so if I don't mention it, I didn't have it.

Day 0: Unprotected oral sex with female of unknown status for long time and 1 minute insertive unprotected vaginal sex

Day 3: Start to have frequent urination
Day 7: Slight discharge from urethra upon milking - mostly in AM.
Day 14: Same symptoms and very slight testicular pain
Day 15: Go to doctor, test for all relevant STDs (Chl, Gon, etc.)
Result: All negative and no sign of infection from urinalysis.  Chla test was DNA Probe urethral swab
Prescribed 7 day course of Doxycycline in case tests come back positive
Day 22: Last day of Doxy and day I find negative test results, felt totally fine
Day 23: Have unprotected vaginal sex with female of known negative status (not same as other)
Day 29: Have unprotected vaginal sex with same female as day 23
Day 33: Symptoms recur as Day 7
Day 45: Go to doctor, does not test for STD as says test and Doxy would clear.  Does urinalsys and prostate secretion test, all normal and no signs of infection.  Prescribes 21 days of Cipro and deems me sufferer of prostatitis
Day 72: Still have symptoms, they wax and wane, slight perineal pain from time to time, golf ball in rectum feeling, still have discharge in AM most days and sometimes during day.  Some days need to pee more than others - not just an urge though, I actually pee.
Day 73: Go to urologist, he checks prostate and urinalisys.  All clear.  Says warm baths and advil.
Day 81: Get NAAT test for chlamydia.  Negative.

What the hell is wrong with me?  How do I fix it?

stop milking your penis. all you are doing is further irritating it. clear discharge while doing it is normal.

really nothing else to add. sounds like your urologist has been doing a good job with you. continue to follow up as needed.

To some extent, maybe 2-3 times a day.

To complete urinating I need to push on my perineum to complete the void.  I told this to both the GP and the urologist.  It was one of the reasons they mentioned prostatitis.

I've done this for years, so it seemed normal to me.
