Can I get gonorrhea from improper hygiene?

Growing up I wasn't the best at taking care of myself, such as not changing underwear as often as I should, not taking a whole lot of showers, etc. I've never done anything sexual, with anyone. I've started reading up on gonorrhea and learned that it is a form of bacteria. So would it be possible to have contract it from improper hygiene?

Every time sexual fluids from an infected person get in touch with your mouth or genitals, there is risk of infection. STDs can affect everyone, whether the person you think about takes care of itself or not.

Obviously, the lack of hygiene can lead you to other infections in your genitals, which could cause you injuries and lesions that could make the way through easier for bacteria.

If you want to avoid Gonorrhea, follow these advises:
-Don't perform oral sex (or perform it protected).
-Use condom in your  anal/vaginal penetrations.
