I need advice about syphilis

Hi I need help I'm in a panic.
About a yr ago july2016 my boyfriend had spots pop up on his hands and feet we went to the Dr and discovered he had syphilis I was tested and it came back negative but I was given a shot BC of exposure he was treated as well. I went back a month later was tested again he did not my result was the same. Rewind 6 months before that jaunrary2016 we had a still born I was 7 months pregnant and lost my baby. since I found out he had syphilis I started researching, my baby looked a lot similar to the ones online that passed from syphilis so I went to the Dr and he had stated he tested me for syphilis at one of my prenatal appointments and I was negative that the baby looked like it had parvo from my step son giving me fifths disease while I was 3 months pregnant but biopsy for that was negative as well... So fast forward to today aug2017 my boyfriend is loosing patches of hair I made him go back to the clinic BC it looks like one of the syphilis symptoms and they gave him another 3 shots of penicillin it takes two weeks to get results. I haven't gone to be retested yet but I'm so confused how in the world does he have this and we've been together 3 yrs and I tested negative 3times? Is it possible I could have it and its not being detected. And why was he not cured the first time. I'm absolutely sure he still has syphilis but I will continue to update. What do I do. I'm to the point I want to leave him so I'm not infected pls help!

Hi, since both he and you have tested negative then you dont have it. These tests are pretty acurate and i would have confidence in them.
