STD or NOT

Hello doctors,

I only had oral sex, and I'm an idiot who never was safe about it.  I have these small white dots around my vagina but I don't have any other problems.  I'm not even sure if I had these all my life because I never fully examined myself before.  Yes, another bad thing I know.  I don't like looking at myself and uncomfortable about sex. But, I recently checked myself because I had an urinary tract infection.  I find that these white dots are odd, but I'm not sure what to think about it.  I'm not sure if its just an allergic reaction or an STD.  These white dots look like ones that I had from irritations and also from my allergic reactions.  I just don't know what to think.  Help?

Okay, thanks.  I was going to make an appointment just to make sure, but I just needed to settle my mind down in the meantime.

Hi, if you only had oral sex and you were the reciever then you could have a yeast infection. It stems from mouth bacteria or a change in your skins PH. Its not an std but an imbalance in your natural flora.
Most people who get std,s from oral sex is a person who give it to a penis and the penis comes in contact with the back mucus membranes like a deep throat oral. You might want to have a doc check you out just to make sure all is ok.
