Should i be worried?

Hello , i just wanted to ask if i should be worried regarding any STD’s . I had protected sex with a girl and on that same night i had this sort of burning sensation in my penis. It stayed there often going away and returning so i decided i took a urine test for a UTI . The doctor told me to drink a lot of water and the test resulted in me in having white cells in my urine , my urine had orange-ish colour and bilirubine . I have a gallstone since i was 14. Anyways she told me not to worry to get some test for my liver just to be sure. Urine was clear and and the report said there were white cells in it. After 1 or 2 days the burning sensation went away. But now after 3 months it came back. And i cant stop worrying since i suffer a little from anxiety. Should i be worried for any STI?

I’m not an expert but after a lot of reading and going through  anxiety myself  ,unnecessary testing And even medication I’ve learned that condoms work. You can’t get STI while wearing a condom Unless there’s a visible break
